Jeanette May  Hamlin
Jeanette May Hamlin, 81, of Battle Creek, Michigan, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, April 15, 2018, at Northpointe Woods. She was born on May 2, 1936, the daughter of Carl Edward Lee and Clara Belle (Breyard) Lee.
Jeanette grew up in Escanaba, Michigan. She and her husband were active in the First Assembly of God and they loved to go on mission trips to the south and help spread God's word and love with the RVICS. Her favorite job was with the Battle Creek Schools as a bus driver from which she retired.
Jeanette is survived by her Husband of 44 years - Harry Charles Hamlin; four Sons, Robbie (Alice) DePalma Sr., Eugene DePalma, David DePalma, Randy DePalma; Daughter, Christine (Mark) Kilbourn; three Step Children; 30 Grandchildren & 16 Great Grandchildren; 6 Brothers & Sisters and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and other loving family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Son, Rodney DePalma, 5 Brothers & Sisters and two Grandchildren.
Jeanette loved her arts and crafts. She also really enjoyed knitting, crocheting, and oil paintings. Her family was her entire world and she loved being a wife, mother, and grandmother. Above them all were her great grandchildren, they were her pride and joy. Jeanette had so many friends in her community and from church. She was a very loving woman and her memories will be cherished by all those who knew her.
