Margaret Louise  Willis (Carrington)
Margaret Louise Willis, 75, of Springfield, Michigan, passed away on Monday, March 5, 2018 at Bronson Battle Creek Hospital. She was born on April 2, 1942, the daughter of Marshall Lee Carrington and Katie Louise (Mounce) Davis.
Margaret is survived by her Two Sons, Garold (Theresa) Willis, Harold Willis; Two Sisters, Carolyn (Bill) Scoggins, Sharon "Faye" Scoggins, Brother, LC Carrington; Five Grandchildren, Christopher and Donald Throop, Joseph Beatty, Samantha and Justin Ellis, Crystal Myers, 6 great-grandchildren and 1 great great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her Father, Marshall Lee Carrington, Mother, Katie Louise Davis, Husband, Bobby Ray Willis, Son, Harvey Lloyd Willis, Daughter, Shirley Ann Ellis, Daughter, Kathy Ann Beatty, Brother, JC Carrington, Brother, Tommy Carrington and Two Granddaughters, Kayla Myers and Lisa Beatty.
Margaret loved many animals but loved her cats and enjoyed taking care of them the most. Her favorite places to eat were KFC, Subway and Burger King. She enjoyed listening to Elvis and country music. She liked to crochet, knit and make mittens and scarves for whoever needed them. She especially loved her family and spending time with them at cookouts, or wherever they may get together. She enjoyed taking care of other people, no matter the cost.
A memorial service will be held at the Baxter Funeral and Cremation Service, 375 W. Dickman Road, on Sunday, March 18, 2018 starting at 2:00 pm.
